Former Family Matters star Reginald VelJohnson says he still does not know the origins of a fabricated story about himself supposedly having attended a party thrown by disgraced tune mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. And VelJohnson also had no idea that Dave Chappelle would inform a comedic version of it while hosting the most recent episode of Saturday Night Live.
VelJohnson tells The Hollywood Reporter that he wishes he didn’t have to be reminded of the unfounded rumor that spread on social media last year about his supposed presence at one of Diddy’s so-called “freak-off” parties, where drug apply, sexual assault and sex trafficking allegedly took place. (Shortly after the story first surfaced last year, VelJohnson dismissed it as false.)

"It's all bulls***, I don't comprehend that man," he told TMZ cameras on Thursday when asked about Diddy. "I never met that man before. I desire him well, though."
VelJohnson didn't mince words when asked what word he had for anyone talking about the rumors and believing them.
VelJohnson is beloved for his role as Carl Winslow on Family Matters, and is currently competing on this season of Dancing With the Stars. On an episode of podcast Drinx With Jinx, Cannon made the shocking allegation concerning Diddy and VelJohnson.
"When Diddy f***ed Carl Winslow, we was at the party. And you know, we just chilling and sh**," Cannon said. "Everybody know me. I'm a goofy n***a, I'm funny and stuff like that.
